London…

Should have done this before now but thanks to everyone who made Monday night’s Oxfam gig happen: to David Crystal and his lass Sal for putting me up (and putting up with me); to David Green and James Grant for putting flesh on Facebook bones; to Heather Richardson for representing the away team (above and beyond the call); and to Naomi Foyle, Brian Turner, Michael Symmons Roberts, Agnieszka Studzinska and Claire Potter for sharing the heat.

To give you an idea of the pressure we were under, there’s a pic of me wilting on David Green’s blog.

And of course it wouldn’t have happened without Todd Swift and the team at Oxfam Books and Music who suffered with us.
