With luck, my fourth collection of poems should be published next year, and I’ve given its working title, The Resurrection of the Body in Killysuggen, to this blog. The point is to offer a taster, try to explain what’s going on in the work – if only to myself – and maybe spark discussion among friends, readers and writers.
The plan is to post some of the poems over the course of the next few months (those that have already appeared in journals, not always exactly as they’ll appear here). I’m open to comments, suggestions, Freudian analysis and post-Marxist critique. Or just read the posts and back away quietly.
It may take time to pull it all together, so bear with me…
